The service is provided by Chris Witko. By accessing or using Kalorique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
All purchases are final. The Developer cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. We encourage you to test the functionality of the app thoroughly before committing to a subscription.
The developer reserves the right to terminate service fully or partially at any time. Functionality and compatibility with the operating system may be affected after termination, though the app may remain installed on your device.
Kalorique is distributed under Apple's Standard License Agreement. These Terms of Use extend or partially replace that agreement where applicable.
The Terms may be updated in the future. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to be aware of possible changes. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
