Account Terms:
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Kalorique cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
Use of the Services in violation of our Use Restrictions policy is not allowed.
You are responsible for all content posted and any activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts must be registered by humans. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
Payments and Billing:
Billing occurs at the time of service upgrade. Your billing cycle begins on the day of the upgrade.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
Refunds Policy:
Accidental charges for the upcoming month's service can be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
You are responsible for properly canceling your plan. We provide a straightforward method for cancellation within the app.
Content will remain accessible post-cancellation, subject to free plan limits.
No further charges will be made once cancellation is processed.
Account Termination and Data Deletion:
You can delete your account using the provided mechanism in the app.
Upon account deletion, data is purged from the live database and subsequently from backups.
Service Availability and Security:
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may disable your account if usage significantly exceeds average levels to maintain service quality.
We take measures to secure your data, including backups, redundancy, and encryption.
Copyright and Content Ownership:
You retain all rights to your data within the Services.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates copyright or other legal boundaries.
Service Features and Bugs:
We design with care but cannot guarantee that our Services will meet all expectations or be bug-free.
API Usage Terms:
Any use of our APIs must adhere to these terms, and we are not liable for any issues arising from such use.
Abuse of the API may result in account suspension or termination.
Limitation of Liability:
Kalorique is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
